I want to take this moment to tell you about what ideas I have for this area. First I plan to focus on economic development. We need to address the worker shortage in our state and partner businesses with our workforce centers to train underemployed workers into more skilled positions. To help promote our area and boost our tourism, I will fight aggressively for the Veterans State Bike Trail and other projects to make our area a destination for outdoor enthusiasts. Accompany this with restructuring of our tax system to allow a more efficient and less intrusive tax code for our businesses. Of course for any of this to happen we need to get our state government functioning. I promise to fight for decency and accountability in Minnesota.
